Mindfulness Mondays: Stillness

In this fast paced world, we can easily get trapped in a perpetual state of "busy-ness." As we begin our practice of mindfulness we must be present to ourselves in stillness. We must slow down, lean in, and listen with our whole heart.


What can you learn about yourself this week in the silence?








I CAN QUIET MY MIND AND STILL MY BODY TO LISTEN WITH MY WHOLE HEART.
