MINDFULNESS MONDAYS: Rest your Mind, Body, and Spirit.

Sometimes we forget that we are human BEINGS not human DOINGS.  The stress we feel from packing too much into one day is contrary to the natural rhythm of energy expended, energy recovered.

Watching Suki this weekend I was reminded that she is completely tuned in to resilience: After a nice long walk- she freely lays down.

Let's not be the only animal on the planet that fails to listen to our internal signal.
