Mindfulness Mondays: Awareness
Transitions are part of life and each of us has a multitude of internal associations to change. A true mindfulness practice is based on awareness of our interior and exterior world without judgement.
This week be intentionally aware of the seasonal changes and notice the thoughts and feelings that come to your mind.
